Hawaii was her home for almost 20 years, so Amy is quite familiar with the Hawaiian Islands. Her other travel experience includes Canada, Phoenix, Orlando, and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Connie earned her CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) certification in 1985. She has served the past 20 years in senior management with Ambassador. Connie enjoys the details of management and has participated in the growth of Ambassador Travel over the years.
Connie has traveled to Alaska, Hawaii, Orlando, Las Vegas, New York, and many other domestic cities. Her international destinations include Costa Rica, Belize, Ireland, France, Portugal, and Mexico. She has also sailed on many cruise ships including Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, and Windjammer, so she is familiar with many Caribbean destinations.

After receiving her diploma, she started her career as a vacation travel consultant with another local travel agency and she later joined Ambassador Travel as a corporate travel consultant. Connie has visited Hawaii, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Grand Cayman, Aruba, London, Paris, Chile, and Lisbon. She has been both south and north of the U.S. border, having visited several places in Mexico and Canada. While on her twenty-one cruises, she has also visited most ports of call in the Caribbean.

Holly is a 1996 graduate of Ambassador Institute of Travel and has earned her Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) and Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC) designations. Holly is a Caribbean Destination Specialist, a Cancun Specialist, and a Sandals Specialist.
She has escorted many motorcoach tours and gambling junkets to Las Vegas, which makes her an expert on one of Ambassador’s most-requested destinations. Holly enjoys the travel industry and helping customers plan their dream vacations.
Besides her many trips to Las Vegas, Holly has visited Costa Rica, Punta Cana, Cancun and Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Jamaica, Cozumel, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and Grand Cayman. She also has cruised to the Bahamas and along Alaska’s inside passage.

While growing up, Jennifer loved the vacations she took with her family, seeing new places and trying new things, so a career in travel gave her the opportunity to learn about even more destinations “unknown.” She graduated from Ambassador Institute of Travel and received her Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) certification in December 2001. What she likes most about her job as a travel consultant is meeting people and helping them to plan their dream vacations.
Jennifer has traveled extensively throughout the state of Florida, visiting Destin, Ft. Walton Beach, Key West, Ft. Myers, Naples, and Orlando. She crossed the southern border of the U.S. when she went to the Riviera Maya and Cancun. She wants to see as much of the world as possible: Jamaica, Australia, Ireland, and Italy all top her travel wish list.

An Independent Vacation Consultant, Karen began her career in the travel industry when she joined the staff of a local travel agency as a leisure & corporate agent in the summer of 1984. She has also dedicated her time to both group and leisure travel, and has earned her “ears” as a Disney Specialist.
Karen has traveled extensively. She has been a passenger on approximately fifteen cruises with Carnival, NCL, Disney Cruise Lines®, and Holland America. She has been to Hawaii, Florida, Texas, Las Vegas, Alaska, and most of the other states in the western U.S. Her international destinations include Paris, San Salvador, and Venezuela.
Karen began her career in the travel industry in 1984 as a receptionist for a local travel agency and moved into a management position three years later. Although Karen has a vast knowledge of domestic cities, she really enjoys sending her clients to exciting international destinations, and her specialty is customizing unforgettable trips that are off the beaten path.
Karen has traveled across the United States and to many international destinations. She has visited numerous Caribbean islands, most of western Europe, Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya, Tanzania, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and—her favorite destination in the world—South Africa. She has experienced numerous cruises, including Caribbean, Amazon, Scandinavian, and Mediterranean.

After studying commercial art in college and working in banking for more than six years, Krista decided to become a travel agent because of her love of exploring new places and meeting new people. She graduated from Ambassador Institute of Travel in December 2001 and joined the Ambassador staff the following January. Krista earned her Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) certification and became a Disney specialist.
While she enjoys working with her clients and helping to plan their dream vacations, Krista also has a love of art. She painted the mountain landscape and ocean shore canvases hanging in the Ambassador office.
Krista is married with two children, and son and a daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to museums, painting, and traveling.
Krista has traveled to the following cruise ports: Belize, Isla Roatan, Costa Maya, and Grand Cayman. In addition to cruising, Krista is a Sandals Specialist and has visited Jamaica, St. Lucia, Mayan Riviera, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, and Disney.

Kristie attended the University of Southern Indiana and earned a degree in public relations. Her love of working with people and her fascination of seeing the world caused her to combine those two passions and enroll in Ambassador Institute of Travel. Upon her graduation, she immediately joined our knowledgeable staff as a vacation consultant. She says she is excited about gaining knowledge of different vacation destinations and the “hot spots” for honeymooners. Kristie is certified as a Sandals and Beaches specialist and planned her own destination wedding and honeymoon in Jamaica.
Kristie has traveled to many places throughout the United States, visiting Colorado, South Dakota, Georgia, and South Carolina, California (San Diego, Los Angeles, Hollywood, San Francisco, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite National Park), and Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been to the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida many times, and has visited Washington D.C.
Outside the states, Kristie has visited Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Los Cabos; and Cancun; and has seen all the Sandals and Beaches properties in Jamaica. One day she hopes to see all the sights of New Zealand.

She began working for Ambassador in 1995. As a Certified ARC Specialist, her responsibilities include processing the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) report and organizing our students.
When not sitting at her adding machine, Libby loves to see the world. She has traveled extensively throughout the European countries of England, Scotland, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Monaco, and the Netherlands. She has covered most of the eastern half of the United States, and the western states of Nevada, California, and Arizona.

Pam, a 1970 graduate from Ball Statue University, taught school and raised her children before joining the travel industry. She attended Ambassador Institute of Travel, and immediately joined the Ambassador staff upon her graduation.
Pam has seen many of the sights of North America, having traveled throughout Canada, Mexico, and 44 of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. She has cruised on 20 ships with Princess, Royal Caribbean, NCL, Carnival, Viking, and Uniworld. With Viking and Uniworld, she took in-depth European river cruises of Germany, Holland, Austria, and the Czech Republic. One highlight for her was seeing Germany at Christmas, with all its famous Christmas markets.
Asia is a new favorite for Pam, who has taken four trips to Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Macao, Hong Kong, and mainland China. She has visited most islands in the Caribbean, plus Venezuela in South America.
She and her family have driven the back roads of Europe, and she has toured England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Spain. She cruised the Greek Isles and Turkey, and enjoyed a taste of Africa when she visited Morocco.

Ryan came to Ambassador Travel through an unlikely avenue—the banking industry. He worked for many years as a commercial lender with companies of varying sizes in many different industries. Today Ryan works on special projects with Ambassador staff to ensure the company retains its leadership role in the travel industry. Ryan works closely with the vacation department, corporate division, and Magellan Interline Vacations division to make certain the company offers our customers the best vacation experience at the best value.
While growing up, Ryan was fortunate to travel extensively with his parents and sister. Now Ryan and his wife enjoy taking their own children to explore new regions and countries, every chance they get. Ryan has visited more than a dozen countries, but most enjoys the culture of Italy, the beaches & relaxation of St. Thomas, and the history of the U.S. east coast.
