Angie graduated from Ambassador Institute of Travel in 2010 and immediately began working at Ambassador. She loves to travel and has been on several cruises. Angie graduated from the Disney College of Knowledge and has visited Walt Disney World seven times. She is also a graduate of The Princess Academy. One of her favorite quotes is, "Do not wait until you have time to vacation, make the time to take a vacation".

Carol has an extensive knowledge of the travel business, which she learned from her 24 plus years in the travel field. She previously was part owner of her own travel agency. Her experience has taken her to a variety of destinations including Europe, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean and throughout the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Her international travels have taken her to London, Portugal, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Amsterdam.

Carol has planned corporate meetings but especially likes working with groups as well as vacation clients. Carol is a Disney Specialist and a Princess Cruise Commodore. She has been on 26 cruises with Carnival, NCL, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Celebrity and Princess.

Christy earned a degree in Health Services with an emphasis in marketing and public relations from the University of Southern Indiana. While attending USI she worked in their Travel Department. After several years in medical sales, she chose to merge her love of travel with her desire to work with people by completing the Ambassador Institute of Travel course. Christy worked as a student intern throughout her training and joined Ambassador Travel as a Travel Consultant after completing the program. She is excited to learn about different destinations and completing specialization courses.

Christy has a desire to go "around the world in 80 years" and would like to travel to each continent before she reaches the age of 80. She has traveled to many areas of the United States including California, Florida, Myrtle Beach, Washington D.C., and Walt Disney World. She also enjoys cruises and has traveled to St. Martin, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Chris became a travel agent in 1983. After graduating from B&A Travel School in Carbondale, Illinois. She has a Master Cruise Certification, and Princess Commodore distinction. She has sailed on over 30 cruise ships throughout the Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska, Europe, Mexico, and the Panama Canal.

Cindy is a graduate of the Ambassador School of Travel with 19 years experience as a leisure travel agent. She also successfully completed the Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Specialist Program sponsored by the Travel Agent Academy.

Cindy has been to her favorite destination, Mexico, over 30 times staying in numerous resort cities including Acapulco, Cancun, Isla Mujeres, Xozumel, Puerto Vallarts, Cabo San Lucas, and the Riviera Maya. She has also visited Belize in Central America, staying on Ambergris Caye.

In addition, Cindy has been on several cruise lines including Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Holland America, and Norwegian Cruise Line, sailing to a multitude of Caribbean destinations.

In the United States, she has visited many of the cosmopolitan cities such as New York, Miami, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Antonio, San Francisco, New Orleans, and San Diego. She can help you explore many of the exciting destinations in our own country.

Cindy joined the staff at Ambassador Travel immediately after her graduation from the Ambassador Institute of Travel in 2005. She is a Cancun specialist, Sandals Specialist, Princess Cruise Commodore and a Wynn Ambassador.

Some of Cindy's travels outside of the United States include Australia, New Zealand, St. Lucia, Grand Cayman, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos and several cruises. She has also been to many places in the United States including Las Vegas, California, Florida, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Rhode Island, Texas, and many others.

Cindy's love of travel is what made her pursue a career in the travel industry. She loves meeting new people and helping them plan their dream vacations.

Connie is the President of Ambassador Travel and oversees the divisions of Ambassador Travel: Vacation Center, Corporate Center, Group & Incentive Travel, Ambassador Travel School, and Magellan Interline Vacations. Connie earned her CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) certification early in her travel career. She has served Ambassador Travel in senior management. Connie has traveled to Alaska, Hawaii, Orlando, Las Vegas, Texas, Colorado, West Virginia, Wisconsin and many other destinations in the United States, but New York city, aka The Big Apple, remains one of her favorite. A visit to The Greenbrier Hotel in West Virginia was a truly special vacation experience. Her international destinations include Canada, Costa Rica, Belize, Ireland, France, Portugal, Mexico, Spain and Italy. The Frontenac Hotel in Quebec City is as charming as described. She has also sailed on many cruise ships and visited many Caribbean destinations including Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, Aruba, Nassau, Nevis, Montserrat, St. Barts and St. Martin. Eveline is one of the most experienced travel consultants in the tri-state area with more than 30 years of planning vacations. She brings that expertise and extensive knowledge to Ambassador’s Vacation Center.

During her travels, Eveline has visited the European countries of France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Italy. She has been both south and north of the U.S. border, having visited several places in Mexico and Canada. While on her twenty-one cruises, she has also visited most ports of call in the Caribbean.

Gregg earned a degree in Education with an emphasis on curriculum and physical education from Kentucky Wesleyan College. After several years of planning family vacations and small golf trips, Gregg turned his attention to the travel industry.

Gregg has cruised the Caribbean and the Bahamas. Being a former resident of Florida, Gregg has also traveled to Walt Disney World. Gregg's desire is to travel to Scotland, the birthplace of Golf, and play St. Andrews. Gregg lives with his wife and three adorable children.

Jan specializes in Business Travel. She has worked for over 24 years in corporate sales and as a corporate agent.

She has traveled extensively in the Caribbean and has been on 22 cruises. She also has made several trips to Mexico. Her domestic travel destinations include New York, Boston, Seattle, Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Florida, Colorado, California, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Alabama, Missouri, Las Vegas, and Lake Tahoe.

She loves traveling with family and friends. Her dream vacation would be cruising the Greek Isles. Her favorite travel motto is "Customers are our greatest asset because without them there is no company."

Jill is one of our senior travel agents with over 20 years of experience with Ambassador Travel. She is a graduate of Purdue University and Ambassador Institute of Travel. Jill has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. She has completed extensive training programs throughout the years with many cruise lines, resorts, and tour companies. Jill is known for her attention to details and being an expert at customer service.

Judy has traveled extensively for many years. Foreign independent travel is her specialty. Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America and nearly all of the United States are in her files. Recently she returned from an excursion to Holland, Spain and Portugal - one of her favorite countries in the world. She has tented in campgrounds, stayed in hostels and enjoyed elegant and unusual hotels. She’s happy to customize your itinerary and always mindful of your budget. Judy is also happy to work with groups. Each year she works with representatives from 25 universities as they cross the country for 12 days auditioning prospective theatre students. She has contacts in New York, Chicago, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

An Independent Vacation Consultant, Karen began her career in the travel industry when she joined the staff of a local travel agency as a leisure & corporate agent in the summer of 1984. She has also dedicated her time to both group and leisure travel, and has earned her "ears" as a Disney Specialist.

Karen has traveled extensively. She has been a passenger on approximately fifteen cruises with Carnival, NCL, Disney Cruise Lines®, and Holland America. She has been to Hawaii, Florida, Texas, Las Vegas, Alaska, and most of the states in the western U.S. Her international destinations include Paris, San Salvador, and Venezuela

Karen began her career in the travel industry in 1984 as a receptionist for a local travel agency and moved into a management position three years later. Although Karen has a vast knowledge of domestic cities, she really enjoys sending her clients to exciting international destinations, and her specialty is customizing unforgettable trips that are off the beaten path.

Karen has traveled across the United States and to many international destinations. She has visited numerous Caribbean islands, most of western Europe, Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya, Tanzania, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and her favorite destination in the world, South Africa. She has experienced numerous cruises, including Caribbean, Amazon, Scandinavian, and Mediterranean.

Karen’s previous group destinations include Las Vegas, Great Britain, Jamaica, Florida, Australia, and South Africa. If you are traveling with a group of 10 or more people, be sure to ask Karen about customized group planning or possible group discounts.

After studying commercial art in college and working in banking for more than six years, Krista decided to become a travel agent because of her love of exploring new places and meeting new people. She graduated from Ambassador Institute of Travel in December 2001 and joined the Ambassador staff the following January. Krista earned her Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) certification and became a Disney specialist.

While she enjoys working with her clients and helping to plan their dream vacations, Krista also has a love of art. She painted the mountain landscape and ocean shore canvases hanging in the Ambassador office.

Krista lives with her son. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to museums, painting, and traveling.

Krista has traveled to the following cruise ports: Belize, Isla Roatan, Costa Maya, and Grand Cayman. In addition to cruising, Krista is a Sandals Specialist has toured all of the Sandals and Beaches properties. Krista has also visited Jamaica, St. Lucia, Mayan Riviera, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Disney World, London, and Antigua.

Kristie attended the University of Southern Indiana and earned a degree in public relations. Her love of working with people and her fascination of seeing the world caused her to combine those two passions and enroll in Ambassador Institute of Travel. Upon her graduation, she immediately joined our knowledgeable staff as a vacation consultant. She says she is excited about gaining knowledge of different vacation destinations and the “hot spots” for honeymooners. Kristie is certified as a Sandals and Beaches specialist and planned her own destination wedding and honeymoon in Jamaica.

Kristie has traveled to many places throughout the United States, visiting Colorado, South Dakota, Georgia, South Carolina, California (San Diego, Los Angeles, Hollywood, San Francisco, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite National Park), and Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and has visited Washington D.C. Kristie's most recent adventure in the U.S. was the Islands of Oahu and Maui in Hawaii. She looks forward to visiting the other islands soon.

Outside of the United States, Kristie has visited many Caribbean islands including St. Lucia, Antigua, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica many times. She has visited nearly all of the Sandals and Beaches resorts during her travels. Kristie has also been to most tourist areas in Mexico, her favorite being Los Cabos. Kristie has also been to a few European counties and looks forward to adding more European destinations.

Libby received her degree from the University of Southern Indiana with a major in History and a minor in English and then taught school in San Antonio, TX. She is also a 1994 graduate of the Ambassador Institute of Travel. She began working for Ambassador in 1995. As a Certified ARC Specialist, one of her responsibilities is processing the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) report. She is also in charge of organizing our Ambassador Institute of Travel students.

Linda specializes in Caribbean All inclusive and individualized tours of the American West.

Linda is an Independent Travel Consultant with Ambassador Travel who began her travel career in 1991. She has traveled extensively in Europe, Africa, and North America, and has sailed 18 different ships throughout the world. Linda’s specialties are Europe, Hawaii, and Hawaiian and honeymoon travel, as well as cruise destinations. Along with her vacation customers, Linda also assists many corporate travelers. Having worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb and having been an office manager for Xerox, she understands the needs of corporate clients and knows how best to serve them.

Pam, a 1970 graduate from Ball Statue University, taught school and raised her children before joining the travel industry. She attended Ambassador Institute of Travel, and immediately joined the Ambassador staff upon her graduation.

Pam has seen many of the sights of North America having traveled through out Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and 45 of the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. She has cruised on 25 ships with Princess, Royal Caribbean, Holland, NCL, Carnival, Viking, Uniworld, and AMA Waterways. With Viking, Uniworld, and AMA she took in depth European river cruises of Germany, Holland, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, and Turkey. One highlight for her was seeing Germany at Christmas with all of its famous Christmas markets.

Along with her husband Dan, she has experienced two Mediterranean cruises out of Barcelona, three Greek island cruises, and a Baltic cruise out of Copenhagen with stops in Russia, the Scandinavian countries, Poland and Estonia.

She and her family have driven the back roads of Europe touring England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Spain.

Exotic trips are a new favorite for Pam who has visited Asia four times in four years staying in China, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Macao. Other recent exotic locations visited were Egypt and Peru.

Pam's motto is "See it all, do it all."

Peggy’s clients and co-workers admire her for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. As a travel school graduate, she is continuing her education through the College of Disney Knowledge and is working toward being a Caribbean Specialist.

Originally from Southern Illinois and a graduate of Lincoln Trail College, Peggy began her professional career with Union 76 Oil Company. She decided to pursue her interest in people, places, and things by joining the team at Ambassador Travel.

Her other interests include shopping, reading, working out, and having lots of fun.

Rusti has been a full-time travel professional with Ambassador for more than 25 years. She is a Master Cruise Counselor, a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Business, and a member of the Traveler’s Century Club, an organization comprised solely of individuals who have visited more than 100 countries. She has traveled to more than 150 countries throughout the world, concentrating in many of the countries in Africa, Asia, and South America.

Ryan came to Ambassador Travel through an unlikely avenue - the banking industry. He worked for many years as a commercial lender with companies of varying sizes in many different industries. Today Ryan works on special projects with Ambassador staff to ensure the company retains its leadership role in the travel industry. Ryan works closely with the vacation department, corporate division, and Magellan Interline Vacations division to make certain the company offers our customers the best vacation experience at the best value.

While growing up, Ryan was fortunate to travel extensively with his parents and sister. Now Ryan and his wife enjoy taking their own children to explore new regions and countries, every chance they get. Ryan has visited more than a dozen countries, but most enjoys the culture of Italy, the beaches & relaxation of St. Thomas, and the history of the U.S. east coast.

Theresa received her travel degree from Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, FL. Along with a few business classes at USI. She is a Certified Cruise Counselor and has been in the travel industry for over thirty years.

Theresa has sailed on several cruise lines and has traveled to the outer points of the U.S. such as California, Hawaii, Alaska, New York and Florida. She has enjoyed her travels to London, Canada and several islands in the Caribbean.

She enjoys working with her clients and sending them on special trips to relax, to seek adventure, to enjoy family time or just enjoy the history and cultures of the world.
