Official Rules for the Ambassador Travel and Head over Heelz Cruise and Spa Giveaway
Eligibility/Contest Description
No purchase necessary. Must be a legal resident of the United States of America and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Ambassador Travel, LLC, Sellaro, LLC dba Head over Heelz Salon and Spa, and advertisers and contractors working the product, project or promotion, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Promotion ends February 29, 2008.
How to Enter
Click the “Register for the Ambassador Travel and Head over Heelz Cruise and Spa Giveaway” link above and fill out the email registration in its entirety. After the “Submit” button is pressed, the entry is made. Or enter by printing your name, complete address, daytime telephone number and date of birth on a 3”x5” piece of paper and mail in a postage paid envelope to: Ambassador Travel and Head over Heelz Cruise and Spa Giveaway, 401 N. Green River Road, Evansville, IN 47715. Also, you may register by filling out the official entry form in person at Ambassador Travel or Head over Heelz during regular business hours. All entries whether electronic or by mail must be received by February 29, 2008. No exceptions will be made. Limit one (1) entry per person. Ambassador Travel and Head over Heelz are not responsible for misdirected or illegible entries. No copies or facsimiles will be accepted. All entries become the property of Ambassador Travel, LLC.
Winner Selection
Two winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries that have been properly submitted. The winner will be selected on March 3, 2008. The winner will be disclosed on the Ambassador Travel website by March 15, 2008. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Prizes
One Carnival Cruise Lines 3 day cruise will be given away. The cruise is for two people sharing an inside stateroom and can be upgraded by the recipient for an additional fee. Cruise must be taken during the fall of 2008 only. If the recipient desires, a cruise at another time of year may be taken by using the full value of this award and paying the retail cost difference. All government fees, taxes and gratuities must be paid by the recipients. Also, travel to the port and all other expenses are the responsibility of the recipients. Cruise must be booked by March 31, 2008 but can travel in the fall of 2008. Total value of the cruise is $545. No cash redemption will be allowed. Income taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Substitution may be made as long as substitution qualifies under all terms of these rules. The prize will be awarded and the winner will be notified via a telephone call within two (2) weeks after verification of their eligibility. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
Also, one $350 spa certificate from Head over Heelz will be given away. The $350 spa certificate may be used for all spa services provided by Head over Heelz at Head over Heelz sole discretion. Total value of the spa certificate is $350. No cash redemption will be allowed. Income taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. No substitutions will be made. The prize will be awarded and the winner will be notified via a telephone call within two (2) weeks after verification of their eligibility. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
General Conditions
Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the judges which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants further grant Ambassador Travel and Head over Heelz the right to use and publish their proper name in print and in other media in connection with the contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Ambassador Travel and Head over Heelz to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless sponsors, their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won. Also, by entering participants will be emailed and mailed travel promotions from time to time and the participant may opt out of receiving such promotions at any time. Ambassador Travel, LLC reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this contest at anytime.
