If you choose not to purchase a Travelex Travel Protection plan at this time, click "Decline Travelex Travel Protection" below, then print out and return the completed, signed, and dated Decline Travel Protection Plan form to Ambassador Travel. Signing this form indicates that you have been offered this protection and are choosing not to purchase insurance at this time. A signature also signifies that you understand that some coverage, such as in the cases of pre-existing conditions or supplier insolvency*, cannot be purchased beyond 15 days after the initial trip deposit. Although you may purchase coverage at a later date, not all options may be available to you at that time.
