After studying commercial art in college and working in banking for more than six years, Krista decided to become a Travel Consultant because of her love of exploring new places and meeting new people. She graduated from Ambassador Institute of Travel in December of 2001 and joined the Ambassador staff the following January. She is certified as one of our Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialists and has traveled throughout the Honeymoon hot spots including the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii. She is certified as a Sandals & Beaches Specialist, Palace Resorts Specialist, and Hawaii Specialist. Besides specializing in the romance side of travel, she is fascinated by the world and has and continues to study and earn her certification in destinations such as Australia and different travel markets including family and luxury travel.

Krista has traveled to the following cruise ports: Belize, Isla Roatan, Costa Maya, and Grand Cayman. In addition to cruising, Krista has toured all of the Sandals and Beaches properties. Krista has visited many Caribbean Islands including Jamaica, Antigua, Grenada, St. Lucia, Dominican Republic, Barbados and the Bahamas. She also has visited destinations in Central America, like Cancun/Riviera Maya, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Costa Rica and Ambergris Caye in Belize. London, Spain, Italy, and Hawaii are a few of her all-time top favorite destinations. She would like to visit more destinations in Europe and start visiting locations in South America. Along with visiting the rest of the world, she tries to visit a new destination within the states each year!

While she enjoys working with her clients and helping to plan their dream vacations, Krista also has a love of art. She painted the mountain landscape and ocean shore canvases hanging in Ambassador's home office. Traveling Europe and getting to see the works of the master artists gives her goose bumps!

Her favorite quote is ~ The World is a book and those who do not travel read only one page ~ St. Augustine
